The Spectacular Spider-Man

Heroes

Spider-man/peter parker

Peter Benjamin Parker is an intelligent high school student who secretly fights crime as a costumed superhero under the name Spider-Man. Using his spider-based powers and brilliant scientific mind, he fights crime and saves lives throughout New York City. Spider-Man's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. Spider-Man is extraordinarily limber and his tendons and connective tissues are twice as elastic as the average human being's, despite their enhanced strength. He has the combined agility and acrobatic prowess of the most accomplished circus aerialists and acrobats. Spider-Man possesses the extraordinary ability to sense when danger is about to occur before it does, called his Spider-Sense. This helps him counter attack the threat before it happens and helps him get ready for what's coming.

Black Cat

Black Cat is the code name of Felicia Hardy. She is a thief and daughter of Walter Hardy, the man who shot Ben Parker. She used the cover of Halloween and the Bleecker Street Carnival to steal money. Stacy was a defender of the superhero Spider-Man. Captain Stacy was one of the few cops to truly believe Spider Man was an actual hero, even though he operates outside of the law. He spoke in his defense when Chameleon committed crimes framing the hero and noted differences between the Chameleon version and actual one. Captain Stacy later warned Spider-Man that as long as he wears a mask, people would fear him.

Although Osborn was highly intelligent before and was a gifted inventor and chemist, the formula pushed his intellect well into the realm of genius. Green Goblin has created and utilized various concussive, incendiary, and other specialized bombs in his career, most in the form of miniature Jack-o'-Lanterns. Green Goblin usually carries these in his glider.

Venom

Venom is the result of a bond between Eddie Brock and the alien symbiote previously worn by Spider-Man. Eddie's hatred of Peter Parker combined with the symbiote's betrayal by Spider-Man make them one of the greatest foes for the webslinger alongside Doctor Octopus and Green Goblin. Because of the symbiote's former bond to Spider-Man, whoever acquires the symbiote has all of his powers. Venom has the ability of superhuman strength, agility, durability and equilibrium as well as the ability to cling to most surfaces. However, Venom's abilities are greater than Spider-Man. Venom and his webbing are stronger.

However, they can be rendered non-functional once the power disc in his torso is either removed or depleted.

Electro

Electro former electrician who was turned into a being of pure electricity in a freak accident. Electro is the adopted moniker of Maxwell Dillon, a former electrician who fell victim of a lab accident that turned him into an electricity-based supervillain. Electro can generate massive quantities of electricity. He can employ this electrostatic energy as lightning arcs from his fingertips, and his maximum charge is more than enough to kill a normal human. He can charge himself up to make himself more powerful. He can also absorb the energy of electrical equipment such as a power plant to increase his powers further.

Kraven The Hunter

Shocker

Shockera former hit-man with vibro-shock units that can create super-sonic blasts of energy. Jackson Brice, also known as the codenames Montana and Shocker, was one of the Spider-Man’s opponents serving as the leader of the Enforcers. Shocker has no natural abilities to speak of. Instead he uses a complex suit to create vibrations for a wide variety of tasks. When activated he can project a concentrated blast of vibrating air. This allows Shocker to superpower his punches and attack at range.

X-Men Evolution

Heroes

Professor X

Professor Xavier is an unparalleled, telepathic mutant. He can read and control human minds, project his thoughts, scan locations to find specific minds, influence both cognitive and motor functions in others, scan and alter memories, create powerful illusions within the minds of others, release "psychic blasts" capable of disabling opponents and projecting his mind outside his body to travel the astral plain. Professor Xavier can scan and manipulate the minds of dozens of individuals at once.

Storm

Storm is known for her calm personality and regal manner. But when angry, she will take things very serious. She was even worshipped as a goddess by an African tribe who believed her to be an elemental spirit due to her ability to summon the rains. Storm has also demonstrated the ability to control natural forces that include cosmic storms; solar, wind, ocean current, and electromagnetic fields.

Beast

Beast was a very friendly and warm hearted man when he was not affected by the beast's anger. He was also very smart and he understood Egyptian Hieroglyphics. In his mutated form, Beast has long shaggy hair, relatively long arms, and opposable thumbs on his feet, much like a giant gorilla.

Wolverine

Wolverine is a very head strong and strong willed man. Despite the fact he can be insensitive, he is actually a very caring, loyal and self sacrificing person. He is always willing to defend someone who needs it, X-23, Charles, Spyke and anyone else. Despite his temper and violent attributions, he does try to control them and teach the 'youth' violence isn't the best option, but that sometimes it is needed and sometimes is the only way.

Cyclops

Out of the original six young X-Men, Scott was the most mature and militant, either from being the oldest or the original recruit. Scott is a handsome, good-natured, and confident leader who exudes natural authority, although he is still somewhat standoffish. He tends to acts as a big brother to the younger students at the Institute. And while the other students tend to look up to him, his competitive nature and closely held temper will get in the way at times. Scott's body absorbs certain types of electromagnetic energy, including sunlight, metabolizes it, and releases it in destructive, ruby-red force beams through his eyes. Due to injuries he sustained as a child, he is unable to control these beams and has to use protective glasses made of ruby quartz to suppress them.

Jean Grey

Jean is a beautiful Caucasian girl with a tall and athletic figure. She has long red hair, which she wears freely down her back and green eyes. Jean Grey possesses Advanced telepathic and telekinetic abilities. Her telekinesis allows her to manipulate psionic energy in various ways to levitate, Manipulate and move objects or people and project great force with her mind including powerful shockwaves and force fields. Her telepathy allows her to read and control minds, project her thoughts, scan locations to find a specific mind, and influence both cognitive and motor functions in others.

Nightcrawler

Nightcrawler's physical mutation includes blue colored fur covering his body, two-toed feet and three-fingered hands, yellow eyes, pointed ears, fang-like canine teeth, and a prehensile tail. These features give him a demonic appearance. Kurt's mutant physiology grants him advanced agility, reflexes, balance, the ability to cling to solid surfaces, and a prehensile tail he can use to grasp and handle objects. His tail is strong enough to support his own weight. His mutation also grants him the power to teleport through inter-dimensional phase shifting vanishing from our dimension into another for a fraction of a second then reappearing instantaneously within our dimension in any pre-determined space within a limited two mile range.

Shadowcat

Kitty is an American girl with a petite and slender figure. She has long brown hair usually pulled up into a ponytail with layers that frame her face and light blue eyes. Kitty usually wears a pink long sleeved sweater over a creamy-colored undershirt, light blue capris with an orange stripe on each pant leg, and brown sandals. She accessorizes by wearing a necklace and carries a small brown backpack. Kitty's power allows her to phase through solid matter by shifting her atoms through intra-atomic spaces. She can phase through organic and inorganic matter with no damage to herself or others. When Kitty phases through an electrical system, her ability disrupts it's system and shorts it out. Kitty can spread her ability to any person or object she touches.

Spyke

Evan is hot-headed, stubborn and lacks respect for authority, making him the "rebel" of the main team. But Evan is a nice guy with a great sense of humor, albeit sometimes biting. He loves his powers and he just wants to bust loose. Spyke's powers involve a self-replicating exoskeleton and rapid bone growth. He can extend, retract, and fire incredibly dense, bone spikes of any size from nearly any point on his body, usually his arms and torso.

Rogue

Rogue's isolation leads her to be petulant, sarcastic and alarmingly defensive. As a result of her isolation, Rogue has trouble trusting people. Since joining the X-Men, Rogue has become closest with her roommate, Kitty. Rogue has short auburn hair with white streaks as bangs in the front of her hair. She has grey eyes and a pale skin complexion, and she wears purplish-blackish makeup and lipstick. e has the ability to absorb a person's life force through direct skin contact, acquiring the individual's memories, skills, powers, and a fraction of the individual's personality for a limited time. The longer she stays in contact with them, the longer she retains the skills and abilities she absorbs.

Mystique

Since Mystique is a shape-shifter, it is difficult to assume which appearance she takes is her natural one. However, whenever she shows she is a mutant, she always assumes a form with bright blue skin and red hair, so it can be implied that whenever she has those features, she is in her natural form. Mystique is able to psionically alter the formation of her biological cells at will, allowing her to shapeshift into any human, animal, humanoid, or semi-humanoid.Her body can also mimic any kind of clothing, as well as other materials, producing shoes, glasses, watches, etc. She is able to imitate retinas, fingerprints, and voice patterns perfectly. Mystique, however, cannot mimic the powers of other mutants, only their physical appearance.

Avalanche

Avalanche is a grungy, hot-headed and rebellious loner, is the Brotherhood's field leader, and is known for his rivalry with the straight-laced, X-Men leader, Cyclops. Avalanche has the ability to generate powerful, seismic waves from his hands, which can cause highly-destructive effects. These seismic waves can cause any form of inorganic matter to shatter or crumble to dust. When directed at large objects, like a building or the Earth itself, these seismic waves create effects similar to those of an avalanche or an earthquake within localized areas.

Quicksilver

Quicksilver is a self-serving villain who will betray his friends and even his own family to save himself. He is loyal to his father, Magneto, though only out of convenience, as he showed no compassion at his father's disappearance/destruction at the hands of Apocalypse. Ability to think and move at superhuman speeds, allowing him to run at speeds approaching much five while accelerated body chemistry allows him to resist the effects of friction, low oxygen, and kinetic impact. His muscles, skin and bones are tougher than that of regular humans to withstand the pressure of running several hundreds of miles per hour, and his eyes are protected from high velocity winds.

Blob

A natural bully, Blob isn't the sharpest member of the Brotherhood, but his degree of brawns helps counterbalance his severe lack of brains. His hefty build and less-than-charming personality often make him a target of public ridicule. The social isolation and bad temper made him a prime candidate for recruitment into the Brotherhood by Mystique. Blob's mutant physiology grants him a number of abilities. He has incredible, superhuman strength, endurance, and invulnerability. The Blob's elastic, blubbery skin proves indestructible, withstanding massive impact from not only blunt force trauma, but also Cyclops's powerful optic blasts with no injury at all.

Toad

Todd is a shrimp, smart-mouthed, weasel punk with extremely poor hygiene with a wise-guy attitude, who thinks he's tough because of the thugs he hangs around with. Todd hangs out with the other members of the Brotherhood as his way to gain respect. As his name implies, Toad possesses almost all of the traits and abilities of a toad, most notably his superhuman jumping and leaping abilities. Because of this skill, Toad usually travels by hopping rather than walking, even when traveling only short distances. The most powerful muscles in Toad’s body are in his legs and his tongue. His tongue has been extended to a maximum length of approximately 25-feet long.

Scarlet Witch

Wanda is an angst-ridden, troubled, independent, unstable, and vengeful person. She has issues, to put it mildly. She is not a very happy person, as she has a lot of pent-up anger and hostility. Although, thanks to Mastermind rewriting her memories, she can’t identify the source of it. Wanda holds powerful and consuming grudges that she lets fester inside instead of trying to let go. Wanda's unique mutant ability allows her to harness and manipulate the force of probability. Her power, already dangerous in its own right, is easily tainted by her anger and fury, making her all the more deadly. She can interfere with other mutants' powers, causing them to go haywire, temporarily remove them, rendering the mutant powerless, or cause attacks to rebound back at the attacker.

Acolytes

Magneto

Cold and distant, as both leader and father, The master of magnetism has only one plan in life: mutants standing above humans, no longer suffering mankind's persecution, and nothing else. Magneto has white hair and blue eyes. He is very old, as being a child during WWII, and used different means to stay youthful throughout his life. He has lines around his face to make point of his age, and it is possible he is older than Xavier. Magneto can generate and control magnetic fields and various magnetic forces. His powers allow him to manipulate metal to levitate and move it in a similar manner to telekinesis. He can also manipulate metal at the molecular level, altering their viscosity to make them behave as liquids and solids without them getting hot.

Gambit

Gambit is cunning, smart, tricky, manipulative, and sneaky. Despite all this, he seems to have a good heart deep down and even a bit of a conscience. Remy (Gambit) is tall and very masculine, shaped with a v-shaped torso, broad shoulders, long, muscular legs, square jaw and clearly-defined muscles and abs. Gambit has the ability to take the potential energy stored in an object and convert it to pure light, pink-colored, kinetic energy, thus “charging” that item with highly-explosive results. Gambit prefers to charge smaller objects, such as his ever-present playing cards, as the time required to charge them is greatly reduced and they are much easier for him to throw, although Gambit has been shown to use his power on a city bus, causing an enormous explosion.

Colossus

Colossus has been portrayed as a quiet, shy, young man. He's honest and innocent. Piotr is also a very talented artist. Ability to transform his entire body into a form of "organic steel". In his armored form, Colossus has invulnerability and superhuman strength, which enables him to lift around 100 tons under normal conditions, as well as superhuman stamina and durability. While in this state, Colossus requires no food, water, or even oxygen to sustain himself, and is extremely resistant to injury.

Sabretooth

A sadistic and bitter man, Sabretooth relishes the fact that he knows more about Wolverine's past than even Logan himself does. Despite his animalistic nature and unpredictable rage, Victor Creed is a very crafty opponent, easily Wolverine's equal. Sabretooth is a mutant possessing various, superhuman attributes that are the result of genetic mutation and artificial enhancement. Sabretooth's primary mutant power is an accelerated healing factor that enables him to regenerate damaged or destroyed tissues with far greater speed and efficiency than an ordinary human.

Pyro

St. John is the cocky, loud mouthed Australian member of Magneto’s Acolytes. He's a crazy pyromaniac with a cackling laugh. He has an affinity for destruction and complete ignorance of consequence border on outright insanity which might connect to his Pyromania.Pyro is a mutant with the psionic ability to manipulate fire to increase or decrease its size, intensity, and heat. He can mold fire to take on any form he can imagine, even living creatures. Pyro can then mentally control his creations to do anything he wants, and cannot be burned by any flame he controls.

Apocalypse

Apocalypse is a silent, yet powerful mutant, trained since childhood to become even more powerful by his adoptive father's training. He is a powerful schemer, having planned his goals for a long time. He sees himself as an instrument of fate, which will push the evolution of humankind even further. This all seems to indicate that he has a god complex. Apocalypse possesses a multitude of powers derived from his original mutation and the Eye of Ages technology that he merged with thousands of years later. His original mutation gave him a grey complexion and enhanced physical capabilities - such as strength, speed, reflexes, and endurance. After merging with the Eye of Ages, his physical powers were greatly enhanced far beyond their original capabilities. He developed advanced telepathy.

Mesmero

Mesmero is a telepathic mutant, allowing him to read and control minds, scan and manipulate memories, and project his thoughts. He is capable of manipulating multiple minds at once. However, after Apocalypse was freed, his powers were likely decreased to the point where they were inferior to both Xavier and Jean's. This seems to imply that the bulk of his telepathy came from Apocalypse himself, and that his own abilities, if he had any at all, were weak.
