An everlasting energy-type cyborg. Android 18, also remodelled by Gero,
is his twin sister. His fighting power is as strong as that of the
merged Piccolo/Kami. He hates Dr. Gero for turning him into a cyborg
without permission, and kills Gero before setting out to kill Son Goku.
He has a belligerent, overconfident personality.
The most dangerous of all of Dr. Gero's creations, Cell was designed as a
genetic experiment containing the DNA of the mightiest warriors of the
universe—including Goku, Piccolo, and Vegeta. Possessing the DNA of
these great warriors, Cell is able to fight using their attacks. With
the combination of these great forces, Cell is an almost invincible
being.
A fully robot-type android. Like Android 17 and 18, he's equipped with
an everlasting energy apparatus. Apart from Cell, he's the strongest of
the androids, but he loves nature and animals, and is kind enough to
sympathize with the weak. Because of this, Dr. Gero deemed him a
failure.
She's not quite as powerful as Android 17, but she's still strong enough
to beat a Super Saiyan. She never runs out of energy and never gets
tired, and she's tough enough to catch Trunks' sword in one hand and
damage the blade, even though it cut Frieza in half with one swing.
To become immortal, Dr. Gero turns his own body into an android and
calls it Android 20. He was formerly a member of the Red Ribbon Army. He
had been building powerful androids for years, to get his revenge on
Goku.
